Hi Coimbra - Pousada De Juventude

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. the staff, especially Andreia, were incredibly helpful and friendly. the facilities were clean and the hostel was located in a nice area, near Praca de Republica and a lovely park. Our room was spacious and we had the opportunity to meet some great fellow travelers. the breakfast was pleasant with a variety of options. we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our stay considering the price we paid. Cons: Can't fault anything about it. 😊.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, especially for those needing to visit the nearby maternity hospital. the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The only suggestion I have to improve the breakfast offerings would be to include a wider variety of fresh fruit options.

my recent stay at pousadas das juventude in coimbra exceeded my expectations. the old building and furniture added charm, the free wifi was excellent, and the 6 bed dorm was spacious. it's a great deal for the price and the basic breakfast was a nice touch.

Showers lacked privacy.

I keep coming back for my stays at this amazing place. The staff even helped me find my lost bracelet on my first visit. It has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, off-site parking, board games, and a 24-hour reception. Perfect for a romantic escape. No regrets!

They went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. Even the lady at breakfast was lovely and made sure I was well taken care of.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of lockers in the rooms and limited number of sockets, these were minor inconveniences that didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the excellent Wi-Fi and the good-sized 6-bed dorm room with old furniture in this clean building. the location, although it's a 30-minute walk from the city center, is convenient with a bus station just around the corner. the staff was friendly and the basic breakfast was a nice addition.
